Hello! My name is Becca and I am the new Digital Marketing Apprentice for Axisweb.
My role is to support the charity in growth through marketing. Primarily, I will be involved in creating, developing and uploading digital content to Axisweb’s website and its various social media platforms. I will also assist in creating and monitoring multi-channel campaigns and help in developing the website - with the aim to promote artist members and their art projects and activities.
I have recently achieved a 1st in a BA English Degree at Sheffield Hallam University. After studying this course I realised I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to be creative. With an academic background in Art and IT, combined with the recognition that modern society has evolved to favor digitally enhanced technology, I decided a role that allowed me to utilise my creativity, English and IT skills would be right for me.
As someone who has always been interested in Art and the field of Digital Marketing, I am excited about this new opportunity to help further Axisweb and the artists that the charity support. I look forward to what the role has to offer and the ability to expand my own knowledge of Art and Digital Marketing.
