2009Installation view of knitted 'sculpture to wear'. This is from a series made after spending time in a field looking at harmless insects which protect themselves by imitating dangerous species (Batesian mimicry); in particular those using yellow and black. Two children wore the sculptures which are french knitted from hand dyed string.
