Artist Statement

I am an interdisciplinary artist working in sculpture, writing, and performance. I have a background in architecture and choreography. I am currently pursuing an MFA at Goldsmiths College. My research employs varying art methodologies to create work informed by humanity, self, and significance. I am interested in further developing my practice to explore art’s reliance on systemic reverence, the ideation of significance, and the perception of value. My hope is to construct work that is an artifact of truth, rather than a sacrosanct object of beauty.
