Sermon – On the seventh beatitude a reconstructed pallet-wood pulpit, created to explore symbolism and transformation of objects into sacred, the sacred space, and the ritual act of accent.

A set of headphones at the top of the pulpet, presents an intimate recording of an accompanying monologue Sermon on the seventh beatitude.

In the work I explore the transformation of material into sacred, and apply the external procedure of ritual accent, in order to direct viewers to an existential inner voyage of Self.
