Biography

I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art (painting and printmaking) in 1995. After which I started to make installation and sound work culminating in CD releases for Seattle based label and/OAR (2004) and Spanish label Con-V (2005).

After making sound and object based installations in the late 00’s, I started to make painting as the main activity of my practice a few years ago with repeating themes and ideas of action, origin, place and time. Although painting is the main focus of my current practice I also make digital images produced from my continuing sound work as well as wall based objects. I currently live and work in Brighton on the south coast of the UK.
