Darnall Primary Care Centre

The work uses the British Sign Language Alphabet as its starting point and this represents the inclusive nature of the local community. It is made of mild steel and the vowels are picked out in gold leaf.

The hands were designed by children from Greenlands Primary School. A group of women from Darnall Wellbeing helped to design the sculpture.

I would like to thank everyone who was involved in the creation of the works. Commissioned by NHS Sheffield.
