Backdoored @ The Lowry
2016 - 2017An installation of my Backdoored project in the exhibition Humansbeingdigital at The Lowry, Salford, Nov 17 - Feb 18
"Backdoored heightens our sense of anxiety an our vulnerability online. It uses images from unsecured webcams and surveillance cameras around the world, which have found their way into public search engines. Many are from domestic spaces, and the people and the people who live there have no idea that they are broadcasting their lives to the world. The work asks us to question how secure is our own data."
