'These diligently constructed wooden cubes are both sculpture and seating and are an example from an ongoing series of social sculpture interventions in public space created by Pritchard. Motivated by the injustices of hostile architecture she creates artworks that are accessible, meaningful, playful and most importantly useful. These cubes with their tongue-in-cheek nod to minimalist sculpture of the 1960s are to be used as seating by visitors to the exhibition.'
