Influenced by the work of British Modernist printmakers such as the Grosvenor School, Edward Bawden, Eric Ravilious etc, I make strong geometric designs that are based on images that celebrate the joy of life. I aim to create patterns out of the everyday, and use bright, harmonious colour to render the shapes that I cut out of lino. I almost exclusively make 3-colour linocut prints, cutting 3 separate
