Painter, concerned with objects that are often domestic and relate to personal, historical narratives driven by rules and consequences.

My practice is primarily focussed on drawing and painting. Addionally, I work through a range of processes and media including digital, printmaking, installation and animation. Currently my work is concerned with specific memories, stories, words, instances, objects, things or sentiments that frame a deeply personal and historical narrative. Set within traditional and often dogmatic routine-based methods of working, it fulfils a desire to follow rules and strict practices that add to the metaphorical nature of the work.
