    Artist Statement

    Through the use of familiar objects my work explores known conventions in storytelling, literature and photography, as well as more experimental, theatrical concepts of performance and installation. Through objects my aim is to draw a viewer in to a story in a similar way as theatre or film often use objects to involve the audience, to encapsulate a symbol or an emotion.I aim to provoke a dialogue, a narrative within which the viewer can engage.
