Biography

Cherry Tenneson was born in Liverpool in 1980 and studied at Manchester School of Art from 1998 - 2004. Projects include collaborations with Becks Fusions, In Certain Places at UCLan, HOME Manchester and Matt Roberts Arts.?

Cherry's artwork explores the everyday banal, absence that exists within the language of institutional design, referencing the inherent flaws and redundancy of internet communications, graphic identities, signage and product design. She works across different media, referencing institutional, graphic forms and she often undertakes site-specific projects.

CV & Education

Cherry Tenneson (b. 1980, Liverpool) studied BA Interactive Arts, and completed MA Fine Art at Manchester School of Art in 2004. 

Cherry has exhibited nationally and internationally, including projects for Becks Fusions; HOME, Manchester; Axel Lapp Projects, Berlin; Matt Roberts Arts, London.
