Culture Shifts is Open Eye Gallery's socially engaged photography programme. 11 photographers worked with different communities across the Liverpool City Region to create a series of co-authored 'photo stories' which were then exhibited and shared online.
We were asked to make a film about the project which includes interviews with some of the photographers and Liz Wewiora, Creative Producer at Open Eye Gallery.
