Watch our film about Social Works?: Live, a celebration and exploration of socially engaged practice which took place at Manchester School of Art on 26 April 2019. The event brought together 11 commissioned artists, 3 commissioners and a dynamic fringe space of social arts practitioners from across the UK - and internationally.
For June's Artist of the Month we've selected Yoke (artists Annie Nelson and Chris Woodward). We talk to them about their collaborative practice and two big projects they've recently undertaken - 'Akkyduck' and 'You Can Only See Today'.

It Takes a Region to Raise an Artist is a research project seeking survey participants from Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, and Rutland. The survey will close on 30 June 2019. and the results will be published in Autumn 2019. Follow #ItTakesARegionTo on Twitter and Instagram for project updates.
