Jane Walker is based in Sheffield, Yorkshire
The drawings and paintings I make are usually about cities, but I also make portraits. The watercolours of repeated images were a new way of experimenting with colour. Recently I have worked more in oil paint. The cities are either imaginary fantasy places or they are places I have visited or lived in.·My drawings are concerned with urban space.
