Gill Newton is based in Guildford, South East
I am a ‘jeweller in transition’ and currently embarked on a reflective personal project to blend drawing with making. To help in this I am investigating the materials of drawing in both two and three dimensions to create a series of test pieces entitled ‘beyond the body’. Ultimately my new work will fuse thoughts and marks with making.
