Jan Truman is based in Bath, South West
Textile artist Jan Truman works with knitted copper wire to create sculptural forms and installations. Fuelled by a passion for 'structures' her work frequently explores the concepts of 'change' and 'balance' using metaphors of movement, light, colour. Jan's signature style is characterized by her use of glass be-jewelments, integrated within the knitted forms, to accentuate and transform surfaces.
