Jenny Smith is based in Edinburgh, Scotland
Works in drawing, painting, print, artists' books and video. Exploring the relationship between process and concept within the context of memory and place. Recent work is laser cut and etched, investigating the point new technology meets traditional drawing and painting methodologies. Inspired by Zen and travels to India and Japan. Teaches weekend workshops and summer schools in Laser Cutting.
