Susan Adams is based in Brecon, Wales
I use a variety of media including painting, printmaking, polychromed wood-carving and video. My area of enquiry is the intertwined nature of fantasy and reality; half-alive effigies of the living such as puppets, automata, figures that were made with a specific purpose in mind such as to embody religious beliefs are of particular interest to me.
