Gavin Fry is based in Brighton, South East
Gavin Fry’s work is worried-at embroidery, bejewelled and crammed with unlikely baubles, it is sometimes aggressively worked-over but still bright and beautiful. Fry’s interventions are intimate and playful, describing time and process through plain and over-wrought lines which are piled up, bound or strung.
