Katy Beinart is based in London
My practice is interdisciplinary, combining art and architecture to examine themes of history, identity and place. My approach is research based, and involves both archival research and participatory processes, which I document using map-making, drawing, photography, and film.
The work I make in public places include installations/interventions, sculpture, and performance, which seek to reveal hidden sites and stories.
