Polly Cruse is based in Norwich, Eastern
I construct and photograph objects to capture moments of dreamt freedom.
My practice is focused on the immaterial aspects of living and currently is exploring the relief felt when distracted from the banality of everyday living. The work makes reference to child hood fiction and fantasies and the photographs allude to snapshots of recorded fleeting moments of pleasure and escape.
