Frances Hatch is based in Poole, South West
I'm a painter: direct work in the landscape or event is central to my practice. I employ a mixture of water-based media and relish the corporeality of a sometimes ‘unpredictable’ way of working. A variety of weather conditions and sounds make their mark and influence the image making.
