Artist statement
Merging art, science and technology, Jessica Lloyd-Jones' sculpture and installations manipulate the properties of materials and light, revealing new perspectives on the world in which we live. Artwork has evolved from investigation into a broad range of subject matter, linked to natural phenomena, which include bioluminescence, bioelectricity, geochemistry and the cosmos.
