Artist statement
Concepts
I am an artist who chooses to express my individuality through making jewellery, because I love the materials, the relationship with the body and tactile qualities, the scope for colour, brilliance and three dimensions, the sense of preciousness and permanence and most of all, the intimacy of jewellery.

Intensely complex and personal.
Career path
Since establishing my workshop in East Yorkshire in 1975 I have regularly supplied my work to most of the best shops and galleries in the England and participated in important exhibitions at home and overseas.Through constantly developing my ideas I have established ranges of designs that I make on a regular basis, as well as commissions and one-off pieces. I am currently working on a series of unique necklaces.
