Artist statement
Mo Enright BA(Hons), MA, NS
Mo Enright is a professional painter working from Art-E Studios in Warwickshire, working mainly in oils on canvas. The environment and places from childhood inform the work. Enright does not work from photographs, but simply visits favourite places, soaks up the spirit of the time and place, sometimes making brief sketches or notes, then upon return to the studio, working alone and usually in complete silence, recaptures the moment or the emotion of the time, place, or the event.
