Biography

Ruth Pringle has been an exhibiting artist for a decade, working in the UK, USA, Belgium and (currently) France. She is an interdisciplinary, conceptual artist: often inserting artworks inspired by place, communities and history into public areas. She has an eclectic practice, linked by her ability to create extraordinary scenes from ordinary objects. This transcends media (which includes film, sound and sculpture) to craft instead with precision, wonder, charm and depth.
