Inspired by architecture and industrial design, Lynn Park is a metalsmith and jeweller with twenty years experience. Designing and making individual sculptural pieces for exhibition and to commission, from small-scale jewellery to tableware, wall pieces and site-specific exterior projects, she has won several commissions and awards. Her metalwork is represented in permanent Boardroom and Museum collections.

Biography

Inspired by architecture and industrial design, Lynn Park is a metalsmith and jeweller with twenty years experience. Designing and making individual sculptural pieces for exhibition and to commission, from small-scale jewellery to tableware, wall pieces and site-specific exterior projects, she has won several commissions and awards. Her metalwork is represented in permanent Boardroom and Museum collections. Considered, careful decisions inform her design practice and Park's design philosophy is simplicity, elegance and functionality. Processes and techniques include metal fabrication, forging, soldering, microwelding and riveting. Materials used: silver, gold, pewter, brass, stainless steel, aluminium.
