Trevor Kiernander
Trevor Kiernander is a painter who explores the tension and harmony created by the negotiation and occupation of space.
Trevor's work is marked by the detachment and displacement of objects, places or ideas. He captures a state of tension, the moment when one contextual relationship breaks down, while metaphorical, formal and physical resonances suggest another. His vocabulary is informed by the history of painting and his impulse to collect images from his environment. These references are put together to form new relationships and narratives.

Will Woon
Will Woon makes sculptures on a diminutive scale. He creates playful scenes which reference classical sculpture and notable figures. Treading a fine line between surrealism and absurdity, he invariably has a humorous take on the subjects of his creation.
Woon’s work was included in the Jerwood Drawing Prize exhibition in 2007 and he was nominated for Open Frequency by selector Chris Brown in 2009.

Florin Ungureanu
Florin Ungureanu's work explores the concepts of power, politics, history, identity and death through the use of irony and humour.
He is interested in how you can influence beliefs and perceptions through subversion. Florin explores the need for uncertainty and the metaphysical loneliness of human beings, addressing issues such as solitude, amnesia, memory, suppression, doubt and the sublime.

David Webb
David Webb paints about the things he has seen, fleeting impressions and personal histories. He begins each work by drawing, looking for distinctive shapes from which he can re-form his observations.
David's most recent solo exhibition was at SE1 Gallery in London where he showed work made during a residency at Yaddo, in upstate New York. He showed at Transition Gallery in The Painting Room (2008) and was selected for Jerwood Contemporary Painters in 2009.
