The various composite elements within the urban landscape all seem to fight for the viewer's attention; there is no definite focal point. The image sets up a nice duality between the brick building on the left (which is actually a photo of a building printed on canvas) and the derelict building which stretches the entirety of the right side of the image. This is also my only piece that features a person in the foreground. I decided to leave the figure in as he gives a good indication of the scale of the buildings and structures that surround him.
