Duncan Mountford

A small A6 book of pencil and ink drawings of empty museum/ archive sites, opened and placed in a constructed Perspex stand. This stand is placed on a small plinth, the plinth's top surface is covered in red linen fabric, the sides are painted black. Placed on the plinth and over the book of drawings is a black structure holding a light. This illuminates both the drawing and the red fabric of the plinth. The piece was placed in an empty display cabinet. It is intended for similar sites.
