Away From the Unknown, 2011
In current society we have grown accustomed to being able to buy what ever we need or could possibly want. Our use of currency as a form of exchange of value has seeped into every element of life. To the extent that its practically impossible to imagine life without money for many people not having enough money has become a shared anxiety. Away From the Unknown seeks to explore social issues surrounding value in the 21st century as well as postmodern notions, such as Hyper-reality and simulation.
