'Double Tracking' (2006) is a portrait of Rob Lamberti, a George Michael tribute artist based in Northumberland. Shot in night vision, the video interweaves together interviews with the singer. Over time, as the nightly conversations unfold, the narrative pieces together fragments of somewhat existential questionings that reflect a poetic duality of identity.

'Double Tracking' attempts to explore the transition of intermediate identities, and notions of desire, simulacra and mimicry that occurs between the audience, the subject and the filmmaker.
