Ground Zero (wind), 2011

The work shows the trail of interventions artist made in the disaster-hit area by recent tsunami in Japan. Artist spread slaked lime* in a circle. The shape of circled slaked lime shows the pattern of wind from seashore. *Slaked lime is often used to alkalize oxidized soil for farming as well as to dissolve corpses.
