To optimise performance in her 100 Metre Dash, artist Marilyn Rathbone has revised her Training Program. Still working in 4 Week Cycles, now the fourth week of each cycle will be set aside for recovery, tests to monitor progress and, in the light of those tests, adjustment of the Training Program.
