From Home to Home, 2010

This interaction was invented for the VARC 10 year celebrations held at Highgreen, Northumberland in June 2010. All the artists who have been a Visual Art in Rural Communities were invited back for a weekend celebration. I was asked to do a piece of work that interacted with the public and traced where people had come from to attend the weekend. Following in the style of projects that were made when i was artist in residence this piece involved the public by asking them to draw a picture of their house on a raffle ticket, they were given a house badge and the images were pasted on the wall alongside a large map. A raffle was drawn at the end of the event.
