Claire Hope

In this performance two young people explore intimacy through a choreographed series of physical gestures. Misapplied advances and a subversion of postures reflecting cultural and filmic representations of romantic affection, extend into abstract and animalistic interactions. Here intimacy becomes caught between wild exploration and forensic routine.
