Concept commissioned for Deeside Shopping Precinct, Connah's Quay, Deeside.

The project was initiated by Flintshire County Council, represented by Arts, Culture and Events Manager Arts, Culture
and Events Manager Gwenno Jones.

The commission is funded by site developers, St. Modwen Properties PLC. A Selection Committee including representatives from the local community is the main decision making body. The project is managed and co-ordinated by Datrys, a North Wales based arts consultancy.
