Viyki Turnbull

This installation was commissioned by the Whitechapel Gallery as part of their Artist In Residence programme at Clapton Girls Technology College. 'Every Child Matters' is site-specific collaborative sculpture made of 180 school chairs that have been individiually wrapped using lilac and black textiles by students at the school, and which was then collectively photographed in the tradition of a school photograph.
