DO THIS ! are a series of signs devised for inclusion in At Play, an exhibition curated by Outi Remes and Cally Trench at South Hill Park.
Each sign was site-specific and addressed the viewer / reader with an action to follow, and was located either inside or outside the building.
At the opening of At Play (2) I led visitors on a tour of the signs, and invited people to follow each instruction.
At the sign Sing Your Favourite Song To the Birds, a small girl said her favourite song was Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, and so children and adults alike sang this song to the birds in the tree overhead.
