Echoing Green, 2010

An image based on a Thistle is the central focus for this artwork, focusing on the schism between the visible connections in manufacturing and plant husbandry.

The work is stitched Jute and Woollen Yarns into Gold Leafed Brocade, as well as a commentary on an eternal dichotomy it plays with science and art utilising the mandala geometry to consider the realm of "absolute Generality"
