Starvationer, 2008 - 2009

Corten steel reconstruction of a 'Starvationer' barge which were used to carry coal on the underground canal system of the Duke of Bridgewater's mines at Worsley. This piece was commissioned by Salford City Council as part of a heritage & interpretation trail around Wet Earth Colliery which is now a part of Clifton Country Park.
