One of a series based on observations of the light on or close to the far horizon of the sea from St.Pair-sur Mer, close to Granville in France. This was made in the studio using information gathered from studies made directly on site, but also with the intention of paring it down to its essence, and concentrating on the relation between the colour of the line/s and the ground in which they are embedded.
