drawings of found images of beached whales, shipwrecks and other scenes at sea. The subjects are floating against the flatness of the blank paper as if incomplete fragments of a dream or a half remember story. Allocating some references to childhood tales and science fiction, this work is a continuation of my interest in notions of distance and dislocation and the role of images to determine our individual sense of identity and place.
