Collaborative performance by Katherine Johnson and Stacey Allen. Our playful collaborative practice is concerned with social behaviour. The quirks we find in typical conduct and mannerisms are put into different contexts and exposed as bizarre or nonsense.

By taking the proverb 'laugh and the whole world laughs with you' the performers will spend the evening laughing together in the hope that others will join in and in doing so try to break down the reserved nature of society in the context of an art gallery.

We hope to take this activity and perform it outside of a gallery space, and see how people react to it in an everyday context.
