One of the journeys undertaken for RSVP: Contemporary Artists at the Foundling Museum involved kicking a half-brick along the streets for 3 hours. The brick was then made available to Museum visitors. They were invited to borrow the brick, leaving a token of their choice in its place. On their return they recorded the details of their journey in the logbook.
One entry in the logbook reads: 'Wonky brick took us on a haphazard route - it was not at all compliant, nearly smashed the glass on the steps and insisted on following other people about. Not content to stay with us. It even hid in some leaves - buried so deep that Ann really started to panic. But we rooted around with a stick and Tim carried it back.'
