The Desire For Order - Coffee In A Teacup, 2008
These digital works enquire into the unfashionable desire for order. despite acknowledging the need for freedom and a certain degree of chaos in creative pursuits, I am interested in the constraints we impose upon ourselves in our lives. here I am interested in the way we order our personal space; the way we surround ourselves with 'things' that comfort us; make us feel safe, and how we arrange these objects in pleasing ways.
