Edition of 2000 printed and mailed cards, 2004
Commissioned by Tate Britain
We began sending cards from our garden in Birmingham. Every card is 13.5x13.5cm, with black text on one side with the old fashioned thermographic effect applied.
The edition sizes range from 150 to 2000. Sometimes the editions are mailed solely to our own mailing list, and in other circumstances they are mailed to a collaborating gallery's entire mailing list.
In each case they are mailed in a plain white envelope 140x140mm, with no additional information enclosed.
