Arapaho Tantanka BSE, 2005

Stone carving with engraved 'ear tag' with the words "Arapaho Tantanka BSE" in copperplate script, serving to remind the citizens of Boulder, Colorado of past, present and possible future.  The Arapaho are the displaced native people, Tatanka is their Bison God (suffering the same fate) and BSE is Mad Cow Disease, newly 'discovered' in the USA.
