Kate Baden Fuller

This stained glass panel was commissioned for the new extension of the Mater Hospital in Belfast. It is a backlit light box mounted on the main wall of the café area in the new entrance. The design is a series of floating abstract shapes, the tensions and spaces between them are important, the colours were chosen to be cheerful and welcoming.
